How long do we have to take our photos?

You are given 5 minutes per photo station to take as many pictures as you would like. 20 minutes total.

Do you provide the photographer?

We do not. The great thing about Picture Prop Up is NO hefty photographer fees. You are your own photographer. However, we will have staff members available to assist with group shots if you want to step out from behind the camera to join the fun.

What if I need to cancel?

We will issue a full refund if your cancellation is at least 24hrs in advance. If canceling within 24hrs of the shoot, there will be no refund issued. This applies to No Shows as well.

What happens if it rains?

We will send out a notification that we are canceling due to weather. You will be provided the option to either reschedule to our make up date or you can choose a full refund.

Are the photo stations outdoors or indoors?

All stations are setup outdoors.

Do you do private events?

We can certainly bring the scene to you to celebrate your special moment so that you and your guests can enjoy the fun! Email us your request.

Do you allow pet?

At this time, we are not able to allow pets, but check back for updates.
