Picture Prop-Up - Liability Disclaimer & Photo Station Use Agreement

1. Service Acknowledgement

Picture Prop-Up provides themed photo stations and props for self-guided photography. We do not provide photographers. Clients are responsible for taking their own photos using personal devices or cameras.

2. Liability Waiver

By participating in any session or using any props, equipment, or designated spaces provided by Picture Prop-Up, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk. Picture Prop-Up, its owners, affiliates, and partner locations are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents—including but not limited to car accidents, bodily harm to yourself or others, disability, death, or damage to personal property—that may occur before, during, or after your session.

By signing, you agree to release and hold harmless Picture Prop-Up and its affiliates from any liability or claims related to physical injury, third-party injury, property loss, or damage while engaging with our services.

3. Property & Equipment Use

You agree to treat all props and setup materials with care. Any intentional damage, misuse, or loss may result in additional fees. Children must be supervised at all times - Picture Prop-Up is not responsible for accidents due to misuse of props or lack of supervision.

4. Media Rights

You may take photos for personal or commercial use (such as social media, branding, announcements). We love seeing your creativity! By booking, you grant Picture Prop-Up permission to repost or share your publicly posted photos (with credit), unless otherwise requested in writing.

5. Weather & Rescheduling

In case of severe weather or unsafe conditions (for outdoor setups), Picture Prop-Up reserves the right to reschedule your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

6. Health & Safety

Props and surfaces are sanitized regularly. However, by participating, you acknowledge that you are using the space at your own risk and agree not to hold Picture Prop-Up liable for any health-related issues that may arise.

By booking your session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
